Take part as an exhibitor at PotatoEurope 2027
A small or large stand? With heavy equipment or mainly offering services?
As an exhibitor, you can take part in PotatoEurope 2027 in two different ways: with a stand in the marquee or a stand on the grass field. Below you will find out what both options involve.

Option 1
A stand in the marquee
You rent a bare surface area, which you can fit out entirely as you wish. You can build the stand yourself or order one later through our stand builder.
A stand in the marquee includes:
- A possible stand surface area of 12, 24, 48 or 60 m²

Standard 2 electricity lines of 3kW, 16 Amp - 220V
- Prices from € 1.650 to € 5.950
Option 2
A stand on the grass field
You rent a bare surface area on which a tent can be placed, to be rented through our supplier Losberger De Boer. Within that space, you can then provide the desired equipment and layout yourself.
A stand on the grass field includes:
- A possible stand surface area of 25, 50, 100 or 150 m², with prices from € 1.150 to € 5.400
- A tent to rent of 16, 25 or 36 m², with prices from € 970 to €1.440
- Standard 2 electricity lines of 3kW, 16 Amp - 220V
You will find all rates in full detail in the General Regulations. All prices stated are exclusive of VAT.
Whether you choose a stand in the marquee or on the grass field, you can always take part in the trial field activities or the machine demonstrations.
Please note. If you wish to register, keep the following deadlines in mind:
- 31 January 2027 for those who would like a trial plot or wish to demonstrate a machine
- 03 March 2027 for those who only wish to participate with a stand
